Intro:
The Other side is a darker version of the world as it was before the time of forgetting. It is a place where people ran too, in thier paltry attempt to save thier lives during the magical storm they unleashed. What does this mean for the ones that ran here?
There is a small race of demons on this other side, that have manipulated this entire situation so that they could have followers. They just did not realize how massive a slave race they would get. Every race detailed in the Players Hand Book has been manipulated or altered in such a way as to be a twisted mockery of what they once stood for. Due to the demons stature, the smaller you are, the more power you have social wise.
Here is an example...
- Dark Elves When hearing this name, most would think of the Drow but this would be a misconception. Dark Elves are pail immitations of thier ancestors, plagued by a disease and pure evil. Several generations of dedication to evil has caused these elves to crave flesh that is more disease then true hunger. These new elves crave power and find no fault with keeping slaves made up only of thier young, in this way, the young can learn to crave power above all else.
- Dark Dwarves (These inhuman remains of a once proud race has shriveled into mentally abusive slave drivers using thier psionic powers to enslave others.)
- Dark Humans (One of the main slave races bred for combat.)
This is just an example of what is in store given time...

In case you don't have any, I made some dark elf stats on the fly. Not the fluff, the game information.
+4 dexterity, -4 charisma: Dark elves, while fast like their ancestors, are now corrupted with a foul disease that has tainted their body and mind, giving them a vicious hunger for flesh.
medium size
Speed: 40 feet
Scent: Dark elves, their eternal hunger driving them, gain the scent ability rather than any improvement to their eyesight.
Disease resistance: All dark elves, due to the disease inside of them, have become slightly resisant to others. They gain a +4 bonus on all saves meant to resist or fight off disease.
Bite: Dark elves gain a bite attack that deals 1d6 damage + the dark elf's strength modifier.
